Orders placed online for saddles will be checked for availability, we will then contact you with the delivery details, only then when you are happy to proceed, will we then ask for a credit or debit card payment over the phone.
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time, including after you have placed an order. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be informed and offered an alternative or refund. If we are unable to fulfil an order in its entirety, we will be happy dispatch items if the total value of the order is £50 or more.

Prices listed on the website may differ from those in the stockroom. We regret we are not always able to offer the same discounts on items purchased directly from the stockroom.
Every effort will be made to maintain then prices shown on the website however we have the right to discontinue any item from those shown and to amend prices as necessary.
Click Order & Reserve and a member of the Just 4 Saddles team will get in touch to advise you of availability and discuss any fitting queries you might have. Once you are happy to proceed we will then take payment over the phone.
We aim to despatch in stock items within 2 – 3 working days.
We aim to hold stock on many items and will aim despatch wherever possible items order within 1 week of order. Delivery times will be extended for items not stock. We will inform you of availability and estimated delivery time and not proceed with payment until you are satisfied with the terms.
All our saddle or large deliveries are despatched via FEDEX. All will require a signature, items will be delivered between 8am – 6pm. Please allow 2 – 3 days for delivery.
Small packets will be sent via 1st class recorded delivery.

Damaged or Undelivered Goods
Please check the condition of your parcel on delivery prior to signing for acceptance. In the event that goods are missing or damaged on arrival please specify against your signature and inform us immediately, within 3 working days, otherwise no claim can be considered.
All orders for the UK are inclusive of 20% VAT
Credit Card Security
All credit card transactions for orders purchased online are carried out over the phone at the time of order confirmation.
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from Crewe Saddlery Ltd.
Customer Cancellation of orders
Orders and parts thereof may be cancelled only with written acceptance by Crewe Saddlery of such cancellation. We reserve the right to charge the purchaser with the amount of any losses or expenses directly or indirectly resulting from such cancellation. If we do not accept the cancellation, we reserve the right to recover the invoice price together with any additional losses incurred. If we have placed a deposit with a manufacturer or supplier in respect of an order, we may require you to reimburse such sum in the event of cancellation.
A full refund of the purchase price paid will be provided on any item returned to us in its original packaging, unsoiled, within 7 days of receipt, for any reason. Alternatively goods maybe exchanged. Refunds or exchanges cannot be made before we receive the returned goods. Returns after 7 days will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please pack carefully to avoid damage and don’t forget to enclose a letter detailing your order and your request. Goods returned are at your expense. We recommend you obtain a certificate of postage with adequate insurance from the post office if making a return, to enable you to make a claim for any loss or damage, as we are unable to compensate for return parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.
Saddles Fitted/Stock room Purchases
We offer a 7 day ‘Are you Happy?’ Saddle trial or your Money Back.
So you can truly test ride your new saddle and whether you’ve had it fitted or purchased directly from our stock room the 7 day rule still applies.
All returned saddles are subject to inspection and a restocking charge may apply if over used, worn or marked. Any seriously damaged saddles will not be refunded.
